The Muchea employment node is a strategic area located at the intersection of Brand and Great Northern highways that has been identified for a range of service-based industrial and commercial uses, such as transport, livestock, fabrication, warehousing and wholesaling.
The structure plan will help identify prospective industries and projects, and will guide development of new land uses such as appropriate industrial lot size, design, additional studies required and development capacities, over the next 20 years.
