The purpose of this planning bulletin is to advise of the consolidation and amendments to the maximum prescribed fees for local government planning services.
The fees prescribed in the Planning and Development Regulations 2009 for local government services have been increased by the Consumer Price Index rate of 4.2 % as advised by WA Treasury.
The new fees will become effective from 1 July 2009.
This bulletin supersedes planning bulletin 84 and planning bulletin 93.
