The purpose of this amendment is to protect the Stakehill Swamp wetland in Baldivis through reservation.

Public comment closed 1 April 2005.

Submissions
After considering the submissions, the WAPC is satisfied that the amendment, incorporating modifications, should be approved and finalised, and that the environmental conditions be included.
