During the March 2008 quarter the WAPC gave final approval to 2635 lots in the metropolitan area and Peel region and 820 lots in country areas; totalling 3455 lots statewide.
Final approval is when the WAPC confirms the subdivision conditions have been met which allows the issue of land titles.
