North-East and North-West Districts Omnibus 2

The Western Australian Planning Commission (WAPC) is seeking public comment on a proposal to amend the Metropolitan Region Scheme (MRS) for land in the local government areas of Joondalup, Kalamunda, Mundaring, Swan and Wanneroo.

This amendment proposes to update various zones and reservations in the North-East and North-West Districts of the Perth metropolitan region at the request of Government agencies, servicing authorities and landowners, as outlined in the WAPC amendment report.

The WAPC certifies that, in its opinion, the proposed amendment does not constitute a substantial alteration to the MRS.
