Planning Online will make it easier for people to lodge applications and documents with the WAPC, improve the tracking of applications up to determination and generally automate and improve a range of administrative procedures.
Payment options have been reconfigured to allow for BPAY and BPOINT (credit and debit cards), and with better integration with financial systems, will improve payment, receipting and refund processes.
Behind the scenes, Planning Online will deliver a unified tracking and workflow system for the Department of Planning, Lands and Heritage’s planners and planning support officers. This will create opportunity for greater efficiency and also improve the Department’s data analytics and reporting capabilities.
Online lodgement is the preferred method but people can still lodge an application by traditional methods using the offline forms listed in this section if required:
- over the counter at our offices at Level 2, 140 William Street, Perth
- by mail – applications can be posted to WAPC, Locked Bag 2506, Perth, WA 6001
