WAPC and statutory committee meetings, agendas and minutes

Ordinary meetings of the Western Australian Planning Commission and its Statutory Committees are as follows: 2024 WAPC and Committees meeting dates

Agendas for the WAPC and its Statutory Planning Committees are available at least seven days prior to the meeting. Unconfirmed Minutes will be available within 10 working days of the meeting. Content is restricted for matters in which the WAPC is not the final decision maker. For most planning proposals where the report is not published, key matters are identified in the Key Matters Coversheet.

Meetings are conducted in accordance with the WAPC’s Meeting Procedures with some parts open to the public via livestream:  a link to these is provided with the agendas, or you can subscribe to the WAPC YouTube Channel.

Applications to make a verbal deputation or provide a written submission to a WAPC board or committee meeting must be made via the below online Request for deputation/submission form.

Please submit this form no later than 9:30am two (2) business days prior to the commencement of the meeting. Please be aware late requests may not be accepted.
