Why are we collecting your personal information? | We collect your personal information for the purposes of assessing and liaising with you regarding your deputation request. |
What would happen if we do not collect your personal information? | Your submission may not be provided to the DAP Panel and may not be able to take into consideration your support or opposition to the proposed development |
Who will we disclose your personal information to? | Deputation requests made to the Development Assessment Panels are publicly available on the DAP website. Publication of deputation requests and accompanying documents is mandatory through the requirements of Section 3.6.10 of the Development Assessment Panels Practice Notes: DAP Standing Orders 2026. These are made under the Planning and Development (Development Assessment Panels) Regulations 2011. |
