Same framework, better experience.

The Western Australian Planning Commission is undertaking a standard amendment to SPP1. The proposed amendments provide an opportunity to present the State planning policy suite in a more consistent, contemporary and user-friendly way for the community, industry and decision-makers. Applying a standardised format across policies and supporting documents will improve clarity, navigation and readability, while maintaining the existing policy intent of SPP 1. The amendments will also update legislative and departmental references and correct minor errors.
