The Department of Planning, Lands and Heritage (DPLH) is now accepting applications for its 2027 Graduate Program.
Our award-winning 12-month program gives graduates the opportunity to build their skills through structured learning, professional development and hands-on experience across a range of teams.
As a graduate, you will contribute to meaningful projects that help shape communities, manage land and protect heritage across Western Australia.
You will gain valuable experience through rotations, mentoring and networking opportunities, with a pathway into ongoing employment at DPLH on successful completion of the program.
We are seeking graduates and final-year students from a range of disciplines, including planning, anthropology, archaeology, environmental science, property management, agricultural science, GIS, engineering, human resources and people and culture.
If you're looking for meaningful work, ongoing development opportunities and the chance to make a positive difference for Western Australian communities, we'd love to hear from you.
Applications close 31 August 2026.
